At the Phlebology Clinic, we combine many years of experience in vascular surgery, general surgery and oncological surgery with precise dermatosurgical techniques to offer comprehensive treatment not only of venous disease, but also of concomitant skin lesions. Dermatosurgical procedures are usually carried out in an outpatient setting, using modern equipment and maintaining the highest safety standards. Each procedure is preceded by a thorough ultrasound diagnosis, which allows us to precisely determine the nature of the lesion and plan the optimal method of its removal. What can be treated using dermatosurgery? A range of skin and subcutaneous lesions can be removed as part of dermatosurgical procedures, including: benign lesions such as soft tissue fibromas, adipomas, cysts or seborrhoeic warts; vascular lesions: small (often already visualised) vascular malformations, stellate angiomas, vascular granulomas or residual lesions after phlebological procedures; atypical pigmented moles, suspicious skin lesions or lesions of unclear clinical nature (such lesions always require histopathological verification after removal).
