We focus exclusively on the evaluation of imaging studies of the vascular system, in particular the venous system. Our experienced radiologists specialise in the diagnosis of venous and arterial diseases. All consultations are preceded by the patient providing a detailed medical history with a description of their main complaints. The result of the consultation is the preparation of a professional radiological and clinical commentary, together with a proposed treatment plan. Thanks to the possibility of remote consultation, we provide access to expert knowledge to Patients from all over Poland. What does the radiology consultation include? detailed analysis of the provided imaging studies (e.g. CT or MR) for vascular pathologies; imaging assessment of the venous and arterial system to develop a description of the radiographic abnormalities with recommendations for further management; the possibility of discussing the results during a teleportation or an in-person visit (separate service payable according to our Price list). compiling a list of indications for possible follow-up studies. In order for the radiology consultation to take place you must prepare and deliver to us: images from the diagnostic examination in DICOM format (either in person or by courier - CD/DVD with the imaging examination or via a remote data sharing service, e.g. via wetransfer.com; please contact our Registry for details on remote sharing of imaging examination data); description of the study (if available) preferably electronically in pdf or similar format; a brief medical history including: description of main complaints, duration of symptoms, past illnesses and treatments, current medication. If, after opening the examination, our specialist radiologist determines that the examination is diagnostically inadequate, our registration will inform the patient of this and the money paid will be refunded. The examination ordered by our phlebologist will then have to be carried out correctly according to the guidelines on the referral. Does the radiology consultation require a personal visit to the Clinic? No, the consultation can take place completely remotely. You only need to send us your medical records and imaging studies. If, after the radiological consultation, the patient decides to have a phlebology or other specialist consultation at our Phlebology Clinic, he or she must then appear in person. Will I receive recommendations for further treatment? Yes, each radiological consultation concludes with the formulation of a clinical commentary including recommendations on the absence or necessity of further diagnostic and therapeutic management. How long does it take to get a radiologist's opinion? There is usually a wait of approximately 2-4 weeks for the analysis of the examination with the preparation of a radiological and clinical commentary. In medically urgent cases, it is possible to receive the result within 3-5 days. What formats of imaging studies are accepted?
