Mgr Anna Łukasik She is a urogynecological physiotherapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy and vascular physiotherapy for patients with pelvic venous insufficiency, endometriosis, and postpartum dysfunctions. In her practice, she combines manual and visceral therapy with the Low Pressure Fitness (hypopressives) method, which supports venous-lymphatic drainage, mobilization of pelvic organs, and core stabilization. As the first certified LPF instructor and ambassador in Poland, she has trained nearly 100 specialists. She gained over a decade of clinical experience in California, working with patients following gynecological surgeries, as well as during pregnancy and the postpartum period. She is the founder of th ToTuMedica in Cracow and collaborates with Phlebology Clinic (17 Puławska Street), expanding care for patients with pelvic venous insufficiency through urogynecological and vascular rehabilitation. In her work with patients, she prioritizes a calm, individualized pace of therapy and close collaboration with physicians.
