Klinika Flebologii in Warsaw provides healthcare services on a private, fee-payable basis only – we do not offer services under contract with the National Health Fund (NFZ).

We care about transparency and our patients’ comfort – that’s why, before each consultation or procedure, we inform you of the costs in accordance with the current Price List valid on the day the service is provided.

Additional Services Price List

• e-Prescription: 60 PLN (issued to Klinika Flebologii patients as part of ongoing treatment)
• Reservation fee prior to the first appointment (consultation) at Klinika Flebologii: 200 PLN
• Pre-procedure preparation fee:

• for procedures valued below 5000 PLN is 1000 PLN
• for procedures valued over 5000 PLN is 2000 PLN.

WHAT IS A PRE-PROCEDURE PREPARATION FEE?

This fee secures your procedure booking. It covers initial organisational costs, including operating room reservation, procurement of individually tailored materials and medications, preparation of the treatment plan, and full readiness of the medical team. If the procedure is carried out, the preparation fee will be deducted from the total amount payable by the patient. In the event of cancellation due to reasons attributable to the Patientthe fee is non-refundable, unless the cancellation is made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled procedure date, or in other circumstances specified in the Terms and Conditions.
